Thinspired Reboot Weightloss Plan:
This is a Diet which is so easily fit in your lifestyle,
very little effort to be given, but can gain excellent results if followed
religiously. Those who are greatly overweight cannot go through extensive
cardio or exercise at this point as they get tired easily due to their body
mass. Thus this diet which can go on for 14 days or even a month with good
creativity and alteration can make you loose at least 5 pounds a week.
With
simple exercise and discipline you can make it happen. In Shaa Allah, Yes it is
possible just follow the meal plan below:
Breakfast:
1.
Start with 1 glass of warm lemon water, then 1
glass of plain water.
2.
2 Egg white scrambled with veggies.
Green tea 1 cup/coffee with low fat milk
1 -2 hr later Exrecise: 30 min low intensity cardio (
walking exercises on youtube)
Snack: 1 Banana, 1 apple.
Lunch: 1 glass lemon Water, a cup of Green tea, 20 mins later 1 bowl Chickpea
Salad, 1 Piece Chicken/fish fillet (baked, Boiled, Grilled)
Hunger Pangs: cucumber, nuts, carrots, pinnaple, oats crakers, or scrambled eggs.
Dinner: Water, Green Tea, Banana Strawberry smoothie and
Oats Khichuri
Or Cucumber raita and 2 piece chicken shammi kabab
or 2 Chapatti multigrain with vegetable and raita.
1 Glass low fat Milk and 2-3 dates before going to sleep
This Diet will make feel lighter, Skin feeling more hydrated, and metabolic rate will be boosted. Try it and bring in the change yourself.


The meal plan is okay, but has its flaws. I would never recommend banana for dinner ( smoothie ) along with Oats Khichuri. Infact the lunch and dinner are best swapped. You don't need slow moving carbs for dinner. Also, cannot stress enough about having full fat milk. Low fat milk is laden with sugar and preservatives to maintain consistency - no labels show it but its a fact. I would keep the dates as mid afternoon snack. So much energy pre bedtime isn't required at all. Have it when you can use it.
